The Challenge
A small shop or trade misses calls while the crew is out on a job or after the doors close. A caller with a broken AC often does not wait for a call back. They call the next name on the list.
The Approach
We built Luna, an AI Receptionist for Mangrove Air, a made-up AC repair shop in South Florida. She answers, asks for the name, the job, how urgent it is and the address with its zip code, then books one of two open times. While she talks, the work order fills in live. She answers in Spanish when the caller speaks Spanish.
The Outcome
The owner gets Call Notes for every call: a summary, the caller’s details, the job, the urgency and the booked time, plus a preview of the confirmation text. The Dashboard shows every call in one place. It is a demo, so no calendar is connected and nothing is sent.
You do not watch a video of an AI receptionist. You call one, in one press.

How it’s built
A phone-first web app. The call runs in the browser, and the server gives each call a short-lived token that only works for Luna, so the browser never holds a key. Calls stop at 3 minutes and have daily limits. Only the words are kept, for 7 days, never the caller’s voice.
